Release Sentinel

Release Sentinel 是本产品组合中的上线后观察项目：它提示独立开发者某次线上发布可能已伤害产品，并把受影响的 commit 变得易于调查。

Release Sentinel is the post-deployment project in this portfolio. It tells an independent developer when a live release may have harmed the product, and makes the affected commit easy to investigate.

Phase 0 资产 / Assets

• 本地回放工具 / Replay tool：对脱敏聚合数据进行确定性关联和异常策略回放。
• 服务基础 / Service foundation：可运行的 TypeScript API、策略引擎、HMAC webhook 验签和 PostgreSQL 初始迁移。
• DSH 本地控制插件 / DSH local control plugin：已打包为 dsh-release-sentinel，只读查询已运行服务的健康、发布、告警和连接状态。
• DSH 商店审核提交材料：包含功能边界、数据处理、安装说明和验证证据。
• 合作伙伴访谈、数据请求、事故真相表：V-01/V-02 验证材料。
• Provider 实验 runbook 和能力矩阵：Gate A 前的 V-03/V-04 证据记录。
