Introduction
dsh-session-share
English | 中文
Share complete Session trees as local, offline Capsules between DeepSeek Harness installations.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-session-share
Both the sender and the recipient need to install this plugin in their own Harness.
Share a Session
This plugin lets you share your own Session with another person. It exports the current Session, its complete subagent tree, and referenced images into a local offline Capsule (.dsh-session-share.zip). You can send that file through chat, file transfer, or another trusted channel.
- Open the Session you want to share.
- Select Share in the Session header, or run
/share-session. - Select Download Capsule in the dialog and save the ZIP file.
- Send the ZIP file to the recipient.
Import a Session
After receiving the Capsule:
- Run
/import-sessionto open the import dialog. The current Harness does not expose an Import Session item in the sidebar. - Choose the local destination workspace.
- Drop the Capsule ZIP into the dialog, or choose it from your device.
- After a successful import, the browser reloads and opens the imported root Session.
The imported Session stays idle until the recipient sends a new message. It then uses the receiving Harness's model, agent composition, credentials, tools, and workspace; the sender's execution environment is not reused directly.
Import behavior
- Every import creates a new local Session tree with new local IDs.
- Importing the same Capsule again creates another independent copy instead of reusing the original.
- Capsules are offline files, not online share links; the plugin never uploads Session contents automatically.
Privacy and security
Capsules can contain prompts, model replies, tool input/output, Workspace paths, and images. Share them only with trusted recipients and review the contents for sensitive information first.
Session Capsule v1 provides no encryption, redaction, access control, or online revocation.
