DSH Desktop (Windows): keeps the top of the window draggable and clickable at the same time.

DSH plugin: adds a 模型测试 (Model Test) settings page that measures first-token latency (TTFT) for every configured model. Works in the DSH Web GUI and DSH Desktop.
