DSH 设置-插件页新增「我的插件」标签：双列卡片展示用户自己安装的插件（配置状态、Cordis 状态、插件介绍）。Add a "My Plugins" tab to the DSH settings plugins page, listing user-installed plugins in two-column cards with configuration status, Cordis status and description.

为dsh增加「设置：账户」页面，可快捷查看deepseek余额、用量信息，以及opencode go额度信息，同时可快速跳转至对应官网。Add a "Settings: Account" page for dsh, allowing quick viewing of DeepSeek balance, usage information, and OpenCode Go quota details, while also providing quick links to the respective official websites.
