Fix for huge, slow-loading, OOM-ing DSH sessions: deletes the dead streaming fragments out of session logs on disk, so the next load is smaller. DeepSeek Harness plugin.

DSH plugin: wakes the agent when a long background task (download, install, wait) finishes after the turn has ended, so it reports back on its own.
